"Purple High Voltage" is a fly I'm unfamiliar with. Any chance of seeing a picture? We are just finished with the fall salmon season up here in Nova Scotia- about as far from fishing with #20s as you can get. I posted a picture on my blog of a big salmon I released and have been trying to figure out the weight. Best guess is around twenty pounds but I thought you guys might have more experience with C&R of big fish than me. http://dobsonclip.com/blog/ is the location of the picture.

Looks like you had an awesome time fishing! Wish I could fish like that everyday! I am stuck in Ohio though, not bad fishing here at all. The Steelhead out of lake Erie are just now starting to heat up in the rivers. Going to do some fly fishing soon!

I learned how to beat the odds of fishing by using Catch Tracker at TagVer.com.
